"Servant of the Shard" - R.A Salvatore.

It's not the typical adventure/fantasy books but it still caught me. Pretty good so far.

Not bad. You should always draw everything (incl. mouth and nose!). That way you'll get better at it. Practice does make perfect. (Is it practise or practice?) mush1k.gif

-Be mindful of your shading. When it comes to shading, it's important to determine where your light source will be. Otherwise you won't know what to shade and what not to shade. I do like the shading on the face.

-The eyes seem a little far apart. As a rule (when I draw) eyes should be 1 to 1 and a half eye length apart (depending on the type of person). A head is 5 eye-lengths wide. Lazy right eye but that's just a slight mistake. I like the colouring of the eyes.

-The hands are incorrect. The fingers should be slightly longer. Open up your hand, fingers stretched and place it on your face making sure the butt of the hand is on line with the chin. Depending on the person, the tip of the fingers should reach the hairline. Drawing hands are hard and everyone makes a mistake even those awesome drawers.

-Your anatomy is good, though the left leg (our right) should be shorter. Not much I can explain about that. Just remember that from the start of the leg to the bottom of the foot, it should be as long as from the top of head to the bottom of your abs or the groin. Proportions are always difficult.

Apart from that, great hair colouring, good design and good creativity. Tutorials are your friends. There are plenty on the net and a lot on DA. I hope to see more from you later. Sadly artists are a dying breed on MT. Keep it up. mush1a.gif

EDIT: I checked your DA account and I like what I see, especially the Window one and the Caramelldansen. Cute! And I freaking love the painting. It's so gooood.

I always take off my shoes in other peoples houses though depending on the situation this can change. If I'm in the house for a brief moment or I'm rushed, I keep them on. During summers I take off both my socks and shoes cause they get really dirty and my socks get sweaty. During winter I take off my shoes only. I avoid walking on carpet or rugs if my shoes are on though.

In Topic: Would you still play Maplestory if it ever turned into the 3D version?

^Haha. There are just so many 3D games out there, it's nice to go back to simplistic 2D. Besides if you want a 3D game made by Nexon, Mabinogi anyone?
