Hey guys, is there some way to start a program, but just leave it hidden in the background, without it showing as an open program on the taskbar?

Basically, I want to start a program which comes only in GUI form but not have to look at it or see the taskbar icon.

Thanks.

Edit: sorry, I have the tendency to not read the dates on the most recent topics/posts in each section of the forum... Late reply.

So you're asking to have the program running in the background, but not have it appearing as a tab on the taskbar, correct?

One thing that confuses me is when you ask to "start" a program.. Are you asking to launch the program at startup or after startup? I assume you mean that does not matter so long as the tab on the taskbar does not appear. o.O
