Are there any good web developing programs that's easy to use? I thinking of Dreamweaver since I've used and older version before and had success with it. I'm not trying to do anything huge and spectacular, more as one that is practical and simple without me having to use type out all the html, plus I could always edit the html in the program.

The best way is really to hand code HTML. It's cleaner, more logical, and most importantly, easier to edit later on.

Just start with a standard DOCTYPE and head elements, and fill in the body with whatever you need. Link it to a style sheet in head, and you get your bling on.

For all that, I recommend none other than Notepad++. It's a great source code editor.
