I would like to start off saying the reason i made an account on JMS and downloaded the game is because i am studying the japanese language and culture.
I am wondering if i will be able to play from the united states. Or would i have to use some sort or proxy?
And also, What are the experience and drop rates like? Are people friendly and willing to help if i am confused about something?
One last thing, Is there some sort of test server similar to the Chinese maple story test server?
Cause i played on that one for about a month and really enjoyed it.
Also, If i were to start a character in JMS. What server has a decent population and decent lag?
Thanks for reading this and i hope you can help me out.

20% increase in experience, if I remember correctly.
Kaede or Sumomo.

Kaede would more than likely be your best bet. Even though the English community is diminishing by the day.

25%. ./nitpick >_>
EDIT: Chronicle is right, there is a test server. HOWEVER, it's not like kMS' tespia. It's only open for 1 week before a major patch. Anyone can apply, but you have to be chosen in a raffle. After that, it's closed down until the next "Big" patch. (Big patches include, new areas, big event stuff, etc)
