Complaint guidelines
If someone did not sell you an item and you specifically won, please ensure that you can meet that person (due to time zones). If you can't, simply try another person. If you can, please post screenshots of the person not selling you the item. (Whispers, chat, etc)

Remember to always screenshot your item trade, your inventory before and after (mouse should hover over item at all times). This will be your reciept.
