I found a number to reach the offices in LA. If you have a problem that takes forever this may be another option for you.

Also Target is very helpful if you ave an issue with a prepaid card and they will file a complaint against Nexon and give you a reference number to follow up. They were really nice there. Beware of disputes with paypal as a nice lady there informed me Nexon will term your account even before the resolution.
Joonmo Kwon is the CEO and Alex Garden is heading Nexon America. I would appreciate any information such as phone numbers to reach their offices any one has.

I joined all the main fansites to distribute this information. Nexon needs better customer service and I'm helping them out of 1998 into 2007. As I find more relevant information and have more details I shall post them as well.

Call the number an automated system answers and announces the company name. I don't know why maple culture has become so untrustin' unless it has a lot to do with the ghost company and their sercret way of conducting business.
