VIP coupons have not been released yet in Cash Shop. 
Just be patient about it.

VIP hair coupons aren't out yet. T_T. However, we should be getting the Henesys one soon. We usually get cash shop items slightly later than MapleSea does, and they've had them a few weeks now. They'll probably come out with the next update.

with a regulay ur hair randomly changes to any of the styles.With a VIP you can choose what you want so there is no risk .And do u play maple lol

VIP allows you to choose your hair/face style. Regular is random. I knew someone who used 3 regular coupons and got the same thing twice and a messed up hair the third time xD

i remember someone from MT posted his ss of new hair
