If you bought an item and the date is reached will the item disappear?!

If you buy the item, it lasts for 3 months. Every NX item has an expiration date, most being 3 months, excluding cosmetic items and inventory expansions which are permanent.
If the item you buy reaches the expiration date, you can rebuy it.
If the item you buy reaches the expiration date, you can rebuy it.

Another thing, if you use an NX item that changes something on your character (face/hair/etc), it's permanent. It says 90 days, but it's the ticket itself that lasts 90 days, not its effects.
